Staging notice: legal seller name, jurisdiction, and postal address must be inserted before payment or production launch. Checkout is intentionally disabled.

1. The service

The $19 founding pilot includes ten draft replies to public Google reviews, up to two difficult or negative-review drafts, a five-point public-profile checklist, and one consolidated tone revision. Delivery is by email in an editable document within 24 hours after payment and receipt of complete intake information.

2. Drafts require your approval

VixiLabs does not request access to or post on your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for checking every fact, obtaining any necessary internal approval, and deciding whether to publish each draft. Do not send private customer records or sensitive personal information.

3. No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee ranking, rating, review removal, reviewer edits, publication, leads, revenue, or any other business result. VixiLabs is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google.

4. Sensitive matters

We may decline to draft a substantive public response to allegations involving injury, unsafe work, crime, fraud, discrimination, harassment, litigation, regulators, threats, doxxing, or sensitive personal information. Where appropriate, we may provide a neutral holding draft and recommend legal or professional review.

5. Revisions

One revision means one consolidated request to adjust tone or style across the delivered set, submitted within seven calendar days. New reviews, new business facts, or a changed brief are outside the pilot scope.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before work begins.
• Full refund if we miss the promised deadline without an extension you agreed to.
• One revision or reperformance if the delivery materially misses the agreed brief.
• Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law or the payment provider.
