Privacy notice

Staging notice: legal seller identity and jurisdiction must be inserted before payment or production launch. The staging site sets no advertising cookies and runs no behavioral analytics.

What we collect

For inquiries and orders, we may collect your name, business email, business name, public Google Business Profile URL, business facts, tone preferences, order and payment references, and correspondence. Do not send customer addresses, phone numbers, payment data, health information, private correspondence, or other sensitive information.

Where it comes from

Information comes directly from you and from public business information you direct us to review. We do not buy contact lists or automate the scraping of reviewer-level data.

Why we use it

We use the information to answer inquiries, confirm fit, deliver the requested drafts, process revisions and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by our hosting, email, document-delivery, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.

Retention

Working review material is scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery acceptance. We retain transaction, accounting, dispute, and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to legal retention requirements. Commercial email recipients can opt out by replying “no thanks”; we retain only the information needed to honor that request.
